Beautiful work! I love the way that water hair is translucent and those little droplets make it look very magical

I especially like the little starfish

Also, her greenish lips are pretty and the way you've colored her skin is much to my liking.
Maybe the fish could be of a different color so that they'd stand out more and her shoulders are cut off in a little funny way to me, bt overall, I think this is a very charming picture^o^

about the fish, i wanted it too look like it evolved from some sort of water form to a physical fish, i didn't want them to stand out too much as it would ruin the balance of the picture

also i was going for a tilted shoulder XD but i don't think i did too well at that part x3
